SEATTLE STATION 32
The 20,000 SF station is located on a tight urban site in the West Seattle Junction Hub Urban Village. Due to limited site availability in the area, the replacement station is four stories in height and has been integrated into a hillside. This Battalion station includes 4 apparatus bays, a training/hose tower, support space, meeting rooms, crew living areas and sleeping for 12. The station was designed using an integrated design process and is targeting LEED Platinum.
