TCA Architecture worked with Natural Factors, a global industry leader in the production of natural health formulas to assist in the Tenant Improvement renovation of a 145,000 SF shell warehouse building in Monroe, WA. The commercial facility accommodates US Sales offices, manufacturing, production and distribution functions. The phased state-of-the-art facility will also include a retail component and a demonstration garden.
The fast track schedule required hands on CM by TCA Architecture including a phased permitting approach based on multiple design packages. TCA provided sustainability consulting services for the project’s LEED Gold goal.
