Bellevue Mini-City Hall

Bellevue Mini-City Hall provides culturally competent information and referral services to the diverse City of Bellevue by operating as a community resource center. Located in the Crossroads Mall, the location is approachable and easily found by residents.

The City of Bellevue intended to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that provided accessibility to resources that may have been difficult to obtain. The City strives to leverage community partnerships to assist Bellevue's most vulnerable residents, including ESL and non-English speaking communities, new immigrants and refugees with cultural barriers and access issues, populations with disabilities, and older residents with less technological experience.

City services and community organizations come together in the Bellevue Mini-City Hall space to offer utility rate and rent relief; health care access; energy assistance programs; food programs; medical, legal, and financial services; housing and childcare resources; employment assistance; and advice on how to start a business.
